12 days of virtual live guided community meditations, for just 12 minutes a day on weekdays from December 1 - 16. Recordings will be available if you can’t make a session.
During our 12 minutes together daily, we’ll touch on topics like loneliness, how to ask for support, acceptance, learning how to celebrate big wins, how to make better decisions, and more, all while cultivating the tools that will help you build your own mindfulness practice to carry with you well beyond our 12 days together.
